Teatr Ka from Poland hosts a series of theatrical performances using traditional Turkish shadow puppetry, based on Adam Mickiewicz's Renegade. The "Polish Tales in Turkey" project is a series of events scheduled for 16-20 October, 2014 in Turkey, focusing on children’s theatre and puppetry. The project consists of four presentations of the spectacle "Heart of Gold," four drama workshops for children of ages 5-12, and a design exhibition by Polish stage designers. “The Meeting of Polish Bards and Turkish Ashiks” consists of two concerts based on traditional Polish and Turkish singers of tales. Performances will be held on the 27th of September, Saturday and the 28th of September, Sunday, both starting at 20:00, at the Museum of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Ankara.
